If total grants continue to rise at their average rate, grants paid by Wisconsin foundations will reach $832 million by the year 2012.

In terms of dollar amount, family foundations and independent foundations together account for nearly two-thirds of all foundation grants in Wisconsin, contributing a combined total of $332.5 million.
